Bandit’s Moon
ABV: 7.3% // IBU: 70
Bandit’s Moon has risen again. This time we loaded up our single-hop IPA with a clean, lightly bready malt body and loads of the complex Mosaic hop. A strong bitterness supports big notes of citrus, berry, pine resin, and just a touch of tropical fruit. Big, bold, hoppy. This one’s for the true IPA lovers.
Running Iron IPA
ABV: 6.2% // IBU: 42
Living somewhere between West-coast dry, bitter IPAs, and East-coast juicy, hazy IPAs, this “northern” IPA showcases a balanced, gentle bitterness, a malty-sweet backbone, and a full body. Large amounts of Azacca and Amarillo hops in the dry hop bring notes of zesty citrus, sticky tropical fruit, and hints of pine resin.
Forklift Rodeo
ABV: 5.2% // IBU: 45
Forklift Rodeo is named for the “good” times we had forklifting our new brewhouse into our new location. Just like a wild man on a forklift, this easy IPA brings waves of interesting character. Strata hops are featured, bringing juicy tropical notes, zesty citrus, and dank pine. This pale finishes light and the malt stays out the way for a highly drinkable beer.
