Community Pint Night for the Montana State University Ecology Club
September 24 @ 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
To provide graduate and undergraduate students of Montana State’s renowned Ecology department, as well as all members of our Bozeman community, access to top-notch ecological research from across the US and Canada.
The Montana State University Ecology Club is a student-led organization run by graduate students from across the MSU ecology department. Each fall, the Ecology Club brings 10-13 wildlife researchers and/or natural resource managers to Bozeman from all over the state and country to spend three days meeting with students and faculty, and present on original research or management objectives. Presentations are open to all members of the university and greater Bozeman community, and past topics range from the conservation of ancient forests in Chile, to the management of Montana’s species for diverse public interests.
The seminar series provides an opportunity for students to gain important experience, perspective, and knowledge, and also provides a public service that promotes community access to world-class scientific research.
